Our Regular Lawn Care Services:

• Weekly mowing. Competitive pricing, unmatched service. We mulch whenever possible. Mulching the grass clippings does NOT add to thatch buildup. Mulching adds nitrogen back to the soil for a healthier lawn. We will remove clippings if they are too long too mulch.

• Fertilizing: Organic, alfalfa based, locally produced fertilizer. 5 applications per year, each one spaced approximately 6-7 weeks apart beginning in April and ending with a Winterizer in October

• Sprinkler repairs, maintenance, modifications, installations, etc. Automatic rain shutoff installation. Fall winterization with compressed air.

• Weed control. Spring application of a weed pre-emergent, spot treatments for broad leaf and grassy weeds. Included with Annual Fertilizing service.

• Disease and insect problems solved at an additional charge.

• Aerating--Arguably one of the best things you can do for your lawn. We recommend both spring AND fall.

• Power Raking--Not as critical as Aerating, but can help with yard cleanup in the early spring. Must be performed before the lawn greens up. Thatch buildup is generally from a poor watering schedule, and/or an improper fertilization program.

• Spring and Fall cleanups

• NEW!! A Sooper Dooper Pooper Scooper service. When you are too pooped to scoop, we will pick up where your dog left off. It’s a crappy job, but someone needs to do it! We will use biodegradable bags and dispose of all waste with a local pet waste recycling company. We are priced lower than the Denver metro averages. Call for pricing. • NEW!! Dog Spot Treatment for those areas where your dog likes to pee. Our spray is Organic, so it is safe for everyone. The urine salts burn the grass and our treatment will neutralize the salts, preventing the lawn from dying. Initially, it may be necessary to work the dead area so new growth can occur.

• Shrub and flower bed care. Pruning perennials and trees, mulch replenishment, etc.

• Small landscape jobs.

• Beach care for our lakeside customers. Bi-weekly weed spraying/removal, beach grooming every 3 weeks, we make sure the beaches are groomed just before holidays.

• Light Handyman work.

• Vacant and Rental Property Services for banks, realtors and investors. One time mowings, cleanouts, sprinkler maintenance, etc.
