Mowing
The annual mowing service consists of 25 weekly mowings from mid April to the end of October. If the weather allows for additional mowings into November, they will be performed at no additional charge. Pre Pay for the annual service and get 5% off or a FREE aeration + overseeding services. Our lawn mowing services start at $20 per week, but most averaged sized lawns are $25 per mowing. Call for a free quote and analysis.
The annual mowing service DOES NOT include; spring and fall cleanup, dog waste removal, aerating, power raking, fertilizing or weed control.
Fertilization
SAFE for your kids and pets, our Organic Fertilization program includes 5 applications of an alfalfa based fertilizer and periodic weed spot treatments. We use a fertilizer that is produced in northern Colorado and has a balanced nutrient value that is ideal for our Colorado soils. The first application includes a weed pre-emergent in April. Additional applications are spaced every 6-7 weeks until October when we apply the Winterizer. Our fertilizer is great for all types of soils and is particularly suited for those lawns with poor soil and/or susceptible to lawn diseases. The annual fertilization program DOES NOT include treatments for lawn disease or insect problems. Some of the lawn diseases we encounter are; summer patch, necrotic ring spot, brown patch, fairy ring, etc. Insect problems like grubs, June Beetles, mites, etc. are not uncommon. If your lawn needs either or both of these services, we can provide them as needed and we will bill for them separately at the time of service.
